Earthcolors Painting is now a certified Aurastone™ Installer
I am very excited to announce that now, along with painting and decorating and Venetian Plaster I am now a certified Aurastone installer. Aurastone is a type of decorative concrete that can be applied to any hard level surface. It is perfect for countertops in the kitchen and bath, table tops, and floors. Because the concrete adheres to any surface, it goes easily over tile, laminate, corian, wood, and concrete. This means little or no demolition, also less garbage and waste. There are no VOC's so this is a certified green product and the finish is totally food-safe, stain, heat and scratch-resistant, it is even made in the USA!
The best part about this system though are the endless creative possibilities, it can be made to look like anything! Any color, stone, concrete or fantasy finish you could think of. My name is Diana Schraner, I've been in the painting trade since the mid 80's. I was born in the US and moved to Switzerland in my early teens, finishing high school over there and then on to complete a 4-year apprentice training to master anything and everything that has to do with painting, spraying, stenciling, wallpapering, plastering, scraping, staining.. you get the picture. Moved back to the US in the early 90's where I continued painting, along with raising a family and enjoying this area very much.
